• Drains cleared and checked
• Outdoor condenser cleaned and checked

We can also include a full sanitise of your air-conditioner unit for a small additional cost.

Sanitising Includes

• Full coil cleaned
• Blower wheel flushed and cleaned
• Drain tray flushed
• 12 month warranty on mould

We can offer discount prices for multiple A/Cs on one site and are also happy to discuss preventative maintenance contracts, monthly, quarterly or to suit your requirements.
